For me, every day is Easter.

I hope that's your story, as well. Easter changes everything!

Tom arrives back home tomorrow around midnight. Hooray! (All prayers for his safe travels would be really appreciated....)

Want a quick, semi-healthy dessert for those times you're really craving all things bad? Here's what I often make:

Drain canned or bottled fruit. Place in a bowl.
Sprinkle (all to taste) uncooked oats over the top, then brown sugar, then cinnamon.

My new 'book blog' may be finished in just two weeks rather than a month. Stay tuned!

I'm toying with the thought of driving to the theater to see Do You Believe? this afternoon. I'll let you know if I actually do. (Have any of you already watched it?)

*Update* :  It's snowing (teeny flakes, but still...). Yes, on Easter. Bleh. So there will probably be no afternoon movie.

Nearly all our snow is gone! And I was greatly encouraged by my tiny crocus patch this week.

"If Easter says anything to us today, it says this: You can put truth in a grave, but it won't stay there. You can nail it to a cross, wrap it in winding sheets and shut it up in a tomb, but it will rise!"
.... Clarence W. Hall

"The resurrection gives my life meaning and direction and the opportunity to start over no matter what my circumstances."  ... Robert Flatt

He has risen, indeed!

Happy Easter, Debra. Yes, thank goodness He is risen!!! I'll bet you're looking forward to Tom's return. Will pray for his safety.
You asked if I'd read Katrina Kenison's books...YES. I've read all of her books and highly recommend them to you. I got them from my library, but they'd definitely be good books to keep, also.
