This And That: The Controversial Edition

Funny Workout Quotes QUOTATION – Image : Quotes Of the day – Description Via Sue Fitzmaurice, fb page Sharing is Caring – Don’t forget to share this quote !

1.) Wow. Days ago I sat here creating my Aldi list and became a bit dizzy.シ Not in all my 40+ homemaking years do I recall such an instant, wild price hike on grocery items.

Color me grateful for the Holy Spirit's warnings! I'd just completed my 6-month stock-up of groceries.

And one more time: Please prepare before it's too late! If it helps, recall your feelings when you couldn't buy necessary items and remembered how you'd felt the nudge to do so weeks earlier.

2.) What exactly is coming? Who knows? But oh my, the preppers, pundits and prophets are sounding crazy-town alarms. Many have had dreams of huge waves rising, overtaking the unprepared (not literal water waves, but something else).

Please shove away procrastination and instead, ready your home, emotions and heart for anything before it's too late. Now's the time for us to draw closer than ever to God.

3.) And who are these preppers, pundits and prophets? There are many, but I listen to these, below. They warn, inspire and encourage me that I'm not bonkers in what swirls inside my heart.

They help keep me excited to be living now and my gratitude for them is huge.

Here's a partial list:

4.) Keep buying Goya. It's working!

5.) And here's an adventure Tom and I had on Saturday.  シ

You may've noticed I'm no fan of masks.

6.) Oh and attention all my fellow vintage, nowhere-near-politically-correct book fans! Something else I shared at Facebook--

Anyone still checking-out favorite old-fashioned books from your city library? You may want to quickly purchase your own paper copies. Yes, we're inching toward book-banning. Prepare now (if you can. I bought mine during the last 30 years while they were inexpensive.).

Go here to read what's beginning to happen. Or watch Glenn Beck speak about it here.

7.) I really enjoyed watching this video about the revivalist, Charles Finney. The 'liquid love' experience? Happened to me during the renewal of the 90's and I've never been the same.

Highly recommended for those who appreciate learning more about early-day revivals.

8.) Need something else to fight? Amazon is selling these horrible T-shirts--

EXV BLM Blue Lives Murder Mens T Shirts Protest Tee Shirt for Men Crewneck

Now, they've disabled comments except from verified purchasers, but you can voice your displeasure via live chat. Don't ask me how to do that: I had quite the adventure just finding my way!

But I persisted and how terrific to register my feelings, to say I'd not purchase anything from Amazon until these items disappeared. The live chat person was friendly, helpful, and promised to send my complaint to the higher-ups.

I was alerted to these by someone else also sounding alarms: Heidi St. John. When I grow up I want to be just like her.

9.) I believe Loren Sandford said something like this--

"Ecclesiastes states there's a time for war and a time for peace and if we're behaving in war as though it was peacetime? Then we are in error. In a wrong season, unable, unwilling to obey God in the current one."

In my mind I 'saw' soldiers from WWII in a combat field. Most were fighting, shooting, but on that same field? A soldier read a book. One sat, praying. One mended a shirt, another wrote a letter, one sat in the dirt just wishing the battle would go away.

People, we're battling to push back deep darkness which satan's demons are cloaking over us! And those Christians who just wait until the bad times die down? The ones ignoring the evil and the voice of the Holy Spirit instructing them specifically how they should fight?

Will they suddenly know what to do when evil stands at their own doorstep? How to overcome with the Holy Spirit out of much previous experience?

It's unlikely.

10.) We must speak up now while we still can! Already our voices are sometimes erased, but we must keep speaking, doing, fighting as God leads, each of us in specific, God's-idea ways.

Always He's asking that we be doers of the word and not hearers, only.

"For you equipped me with strength for the battle; you made those who rise against me sink under me."   --- Psalm 18:39

"Silent majority, stop being silent. If you're on social media, you have a platform and a voice even if 3 cousins and your high- school math teacher are the only ones who read your posts.
The time for cowardice and complicity is over. Don't fear the backlash... I will stand for what's right even when it's not popular. I will speak light into the dark places and encourage you to do the same."   --- Susannah B. Lewis

Yep and yep! After seeing your facebook post yesterday I went online onto live chat and told them the same thing you did. No more purchases until those items are gone, gone, gone.
Life is sure interesting these days.
Blessings,
