So nice to wake up to! More photos like these will come later.
It's a lovely Saturday morning here, the blowy, bright kind which sails you through blue skies back to your childhood.
Here on the farm there are flower beds to fertilize and my stone patio to finish (ever so slowly) and garden beds to create and weeds to pull and --
Ain't Life--and Spring-- grand?
Ohhhhhhhhh, how beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky to have one of these trees. They do "say Spring" to me, too.
Enjoy! Cause those petals and fragrance, last so little time. Mmmm, a thought for everything, hu? Enjoy today!!!!! :-)
Gentle hugs,

ReplyDeleteI'm back to comment, on Sun. -- Mmmmmm, I just thought of something you posted here, a while ago.... when reading the news, on line.
ReplyDeleteYou posted something about someone predicting, that some not-great thing, was on the horizon.
Mmmmm...
Oh I suppose that someone can predict a catastrophe, every week. And with our world today, eventually they'll be correct. But I will admit, to remembering your post...
But the sun shines, and Spring has arrived, and there's not much to be done about this news. Well, surely _don't_ plan on traveling to Mexico. Or NCY.
But then, I never do plan on traveling to Mexico or NYC or even Nova Scotia. :-)
Gentle hugs,
'Aunt Amelia'
Hi Aunt Amelia.... I guess to clarify, it's the Bible which says 'not so good things' are ahead in the future and it's been right so far throughout history in its 'predictions.' And it's David Wilkerson and others which are saying these hard times may be coming soon.
ReplyDeleteAs for me, I feel they'll come sooner than later and I've noticed something lately--I, personally, prefer to live ready for *any* emergency--earthquakes, floods, end of the world....heh....
All this winter I wasn't nearly as stocked-up and prepared for emergencies as I usually am every winter and I really felt unsettled. Already I am vowing that next winter will be different! And already I am far more stocked-up than I was, so I feel much more comfortable inside my head.
If any of that makes sense... :) Thanks for your comment, Debra
I believe the tree above is a tulip tree?
