No state income tax, low property taxes, friendly people. There are still some places left where it doesn't cost a small fortune to buy a nice home. Also, any time you mess around with the discs, there's always a chance the discs below them will then have a problem. He's already had two surgeries on two discs...sigh... His is a unique case and the doctors don't know quite what to do with him.
