My grandfather was a F...I also have this cookbook. My grandfather was a Ford dealer in the late '40s and early '50s. I always loved looking through this book, as a child, to find the local (Indiana) restaurants featured in it. Wouldn't it be interesting to know which of the restaurants featured in this book are still in business?
