I came away from these last 4 months understanding so much better why people hurt about certain things. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I do thank you for commenting and for your advice. We've got 2 or more years before we move out of state and now, more than ever, I realize we must do it right the first time. And in plans to move away from our "retirement" place back to the TN area we miss so much, we've seen every 1957 to 1961 house either get a contract on it before we could or we (or our son who is buying it for us) withdrew because of something like flood plane insurance. It'll be a true wonder.

Susan--thanks so much! I'm trying to believe that there'll be a cheap colonial someplace else, but oh dear, my faith for that is pathetically weak. I don't want to stay here in this area with our children far away though. I'm afraid if we move I'll be stuck here. I do love Washington, but long for family. But I do so want a one level house. Oh well, in Heaven all will be perfect!
Blessings,
BetsyBetsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00807691752817225336noreply@blogger.com
